About the Role:

The RCM Reimbursement Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our healthcare services by analyzing and optimizing the revenue cycle management processes. This position is responsible for identifying trends in reimbursement patterns and discrepancies, which directly impacts the organization's revenue. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to streamline billing processes and enhance the accuracy of claims submissions. By leveraging data analytics, the RCM Reimbursement Analyst will provide actionable insights that drive improvements in revenue collection and reduce days in accounts receivable. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations, ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality care to our patients.

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time, RCM Reimbursement Analyst at our Central Business Office in West Long Branch, NJ

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare reimbursement analysis.

  • Certification in Data Analytics

  • ABMA, AAPC, or PMP certified preferred

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (e.g., CHFP, CRCR) is a plus.

  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software.

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze reimbursement data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with billing and coding teams to ensure accurate claims submissions and resolve any issues.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to revenue cycle management.

  • Conduct regular audits of accounts receivable to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

  • Provide training and support to staff on best practices for revenue cycle processes.
