This is an on-site position in Pontiac, IL.

Role Definition:
Supports large scale process development projects for the continuous improvement of the safety, quality, velocity and cost of stainless steel welding fabrications, assembly and end of line testing.
What You Will Do:
Providing technical expertise and guidance in major manufacturing projects working with internal processes, design engineering, and suppliers to support/improve manufacturing productivity and cost effectiveness.
Implementing major systems and the coordination of those systems with the total factory.
Providing guidance and training to manufacturing engineers and operators in order to develop high quality products and processes.
What You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical) or related discipline.
Welding fabrication experience.
Welding process and technology knowledge.
Experience in tool design/fixturing.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Summary Pay Range: $110,520.00 - $165,840.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
