Job Description:

Assistant Superintendent or Junior Superintendent needed for projects up in West Palm Beach!


The initial project will give the successful candidate the chance to run their own commercial facilities project. Are you waiting to be given your chance?



Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily construction site operations.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.


• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers.


• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring milestones are met.


• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.


• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a commercial construction management supervisory role.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
