Job Description:

Location: Reading, PA

Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $105,000.00 USD Annually

Description: We are seeking a motivated Junior Controls Engineer to join our team in Reading, PA. This is a direct hire role, ideal for candidates with a passion for automation and controls within a manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will have an AA or BS degree and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience with Rockwell products, among other qualifications listed below.



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes.
  
  


• Troubleshoot and maintain control systems to ensure efficient operation.
  
  


• Read and create electrical diagrams in AutoCAD/2D.
  
  


• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize manufacturing processes and improve system performance.
  
  


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Associate of Arts (AA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
• 3-5 years' experience with Rockwell products
• Experience with Mitsubishi controllers (preferred).
  
  


• Experience with robot controls (preferred).
  
  


• Ability to read and create electrical diagrams in AutoCAD/2D.
  
  
• Strong understanding of control systems and automation.
  
  


• Proficiency in Rockwell software and products.
  
  


• Familiarity with Mitsubishi controllers and robotic systems is a plus.
  
  


• Competence in creating and interpreting electrical diagrams.
  
  


• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  
  


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
