LPN- Weekend Baylor Shift at Johns Island Post Acute in Johns Island, South Carolina

Johns Island Post Acute is a gorgeous 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in Johns Island SC, just 10 minutes away from historic downtown Charleston. We offer:

• $28-34 p/h


• Weekends-both Saturday and Sunday (7a-7p or 7p-7a)


• Part-time= work 24hrs a week but get paid for 30hrs.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in S.C.


• Current CPR certification


• Experience with PCC preferred


• Must maintain all required continuing education/ licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position provides direct nursing care to our residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.
