Johns Island Post Acute is a gorgeous 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in Johns Island SC, just 10 minutes away from historic downtown Charleston. We are currently looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our passionate team. If you are a licensed Speech Language Pathologist who genuinely wants to make a difference for others, then Johns Island Post Acute would love to meet you!

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Degree in Speech Pathology


• Licensing in S.C.


• Experience in LTC is preferred

The Speech Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical record. Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
