Your role:



Our Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) is focused on becoming a customer-centric organization, emphasizing the highest standards in safety, quality, service, cost, inventories, and talent. The ISCO Excellence team aims to enhance continuous improvement, impacting agility, reliability, yield, and productivity across the organization.


As a Sr. Expert ISCO Excellence Analytics, you design and implement advanced analytical capabilities, develop innovative tools to identify performance improvement opportunities, and manage analytics projects. Your work involves guiding stakeholders through the analytics process, leveraging advanced analytics and a deep understanding of manufacturing and operational excellence to maximize impact.


Position must be located near an ISCO site in the USA.



Who you are:




Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration


• 5+ years of operation experience


• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations using statistical methods


• Advanced knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools for impactful communication of insights (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)


• Practical experience in end-to-end manufacturing and operational excellence


• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes and relevant performance metrics


• Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence methodologies


• Proven ability to lead (analytics) projects from concept to implementation, combining strategic thinking with orchestration and execution skills


• Good presentation skills as well as experience in solution lifecycle management and end-user training

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer Advanced degree in Business Analytics or Data Science


• 5+ years of data analytic experience
