Our client is currently seeking a ERP Business Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled Sr ERP Business Analyst with a strong technical background in databases and a deep understanding of Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Manufacturing functional modules. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT development team, ensuring seamless ERP functionality, process improvements, and system maintenance and enhancements.



Key Responsibilities



• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document ERP requirements for O2C, P2P, and Manufacturing processes.

• Provide technical and functional expertise to support ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Work with SQL databases to extract, analyze, and validate data for reporting and decision-making.

• Develop queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support ERP integrations and data migrations.

• Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide resolution by working with cross-functional teams and ERP vendors.

• Configure ERP modules and support system customizations to meet business needs.

• Support end-to-end process automation, integrations, and reporting solutions.

• Develop test cases, conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide user training.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and training materials.

• Ensure ERP compliance with SOX, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements.

• Work with cross-functional teams in IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to optimize ERP performance and functionality.



Required Skills & Qualifications:



• 5+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst with a focus on O2C, P2P, and Manufacturing modules.

• Strong experience with ERP systems such as Infor XA, Epicor, Oracle ERP, SAP, or similar platforms.

• Solid technical background with SQL, relational databases, and data analysis.

• Experience working with ERP integrations, APIs, and data migrations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Understanding of supply chain, finance, and manufacturing processes in an ERP environment.

• Experience in system configuration, process automation, and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.

• Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.



Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience with Infor XA, Epicor, or Oracle ERP systems.

• Knowledge of EDI transactions related to O2C and P2P.

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.

• ERP implementation or upgrade experience.
