Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Systems Analyst to support our OT Shopfloor team. This role involves ensuring seamless client computing at the shop floor level, including managing shop floor tablets, OS images, endpoint security, backup & restore tools, and shop floor data handling. Key responsibilities include:


Responsibilities:


  • Cyber Security: Deploy and maintain technical cyber security controls such as Endpoint Protection, OT Monitoring, and Identity and Access control. Facilitate local Cyber Security Risk Management.

  • Ticket and Task Management: Use ServiceNow and Jira to monitor and manage tickets. Perform ticket support and resolution according to a Service Level Agreement schedule. Utilize JIRA for project tracking.

  • Audit Preparation: Store and maintain laptops and mobile devices for audit/inspection. Coordinate with IT groups to meet all IT requirements before audits. Set up and breakdown IT equipment for audits.

  • Hardware Management: Contact vendors for hardware quotes and submit order requests. Organize and document hardware details in the configuration management database. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

  • Application Support: Support the enrollment of Biometric Security Devices and systems set up with Manufacturing Scheduling applications.

  • Printer Support: Support Zebra Label Printers and other desk printers. Configure, deploy, and document Zebra Printers. Provide initial troubleshooting support.

  • VR/XR Support: Assist the training development team with setup, configuration, and testing of Extended Reality (XR) systems. Provide user training for XR equipment.

Recommended Experience and Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar Ticket Management System
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Ability to produce well-structured technical documentation and project artifacts
  • Works well both independently and within a team
