Job Description:





Due to the continued growth of our Consulting practice, we are currently recruiting for an Enterprise Packaged Software Data Conversion Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:


  • Lead solution design aligning business objectives with technology implementation.

  • Developing, monitoring and managing the implementation plan, schedule and budget to provide a complete picture of project progress at all times.

  • Demonstrate significant expertise with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for a project/program management office to support technical project managers.

  • Ensuring daily activities undertaken on the project are in accordance with the approved project plan.

  • Managing assigned resources according to the defined scope of the project.

  • Identify project risks and communicate with appropriately with project stakeholders to avoid and mitigate potential issues.

  • Support IT transformation projects in the government contracting industry which include business process changes and enterprise packaged software (ERP) implementations.

  • Managing project interdependencies.

  • Deliver exceptional client service in all client interactions and projects.

  • Communicate effectively, both internally and to clients, including those at an executive level.

  • Assist in identification of new business opportunities. Such activities include development of new methodologies and tools, participation in proposal opportunities, market research, and other internal initiatives when possible.

  • Provide coaching, mentoring and performance counseling to consultants, clients, and project team members.

  • Contribute to the general management of the RICE team and develop and implement a personal plan which sets goals for professional and practice development.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Management/Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in in data migration projects, particularly with ERP systems such as Oracle, Deltek Costpoint, and Workday.

  • Experience working with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle database platforms.

  • Experience with Data Definition Language (DDL), Data Manipulation Language (DML), Data Control Language (DCL), Data Query Language (DQL), and Transaction Control Language (TCL).

  • Expertise in ETL processes and data transformation, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience handling sensitive data and confidential information.

  • Experience working on Deltek/Costpoint Implementation, Conversion, and Integration engagements supporting commercial clients or a combination of Commercial and Federal clients is preferred.

  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance management during ERP migrations is preferred.

  • Experience with a variety of software development methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, etc.) is preferred.

  • Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.

  • Demonstrated management, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills required.

  • Proficiency with Cognos Analytics or similar reporting tools is a plus.

  • CDMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Certifications in relevant ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) are a plus.

  • Must be able to travel up to 50% for client engagements.




The compensation range for this role is $117,940 to $ 255,520. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
