Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Client Analytics to lead a client analytics team in delivering actionable insights, consultative ideas and daily support and service for our strategic account program leaders. This role is expected to be 30% people management, 40% team and internal customer delivery, with 30% dedicated to hands-on sophisticated analytics work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, healthcare industry experience, and expertise in tools like SQL, R, Python, Power BI, and Snowflake.



Job Responsibilities




  • Team Leadership:

    • Manage a team of data analysts, ensuring professional growth and performance excellence.

    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment within a matrixed organization and with several internal stakeholders.

    • Oversee workload distribution and set priorities to meet deadlines effectively.

    • Be willing to coach and mentor junior staff.








  • Analytics Execution:

    • Service a analytics product owner, working closely with business leaders and IT development to create and enhance reporting solutions.

    • Develop and deliver insights through sophisticated analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization.

    • Perform hands-on data analysis and reporting using analytics and visualization tools.

    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.








  • Strategic Partnership:

    • Collaborate with strategic account program stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and provide tailored solutions.

    • Translate complex data into clear insights that drive strategic decisions.

    • Monitor trends and develop actionable recommendations for program optimization.

    • Present clients with solutions to meet their real-world analytics needs.

    • Lead and contribute to high-impact special projects focused on business process optimization, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

    • Build and implement KPIs to validate strategic initiatives and measure success.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that align with overall business objectives and promote data-centric strategies.








  • Operational Excellence:

    • Project management and driving initiatives forward will be a critical part of this role.

    • Develop and implement processes for efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting.

    • Maintain detailed documentation of analytics workflows and processes.

    • Maintain crosswalks of internal and client reports and contractual obligations.

    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.






Key Skills



  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, M and visualization platform fluency in Power BI.

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.




Qualifications



Education & Years of Experience




  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Engineering, Finance and Accounting, or a related field.



Additional Experience


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a people management role.

  • Lean Six Sigma or other operational efficiency experience preferred.



Work Environment / Physical Requirements


  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.

  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

$113,500 - $134,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
