Job Description:

The Lead Service Specialist responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional client service at one of our on-site support services centers or client sites. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tasks and ensuring client satisfaction.

Essential Job Responsibilities


  • Work independently to consult with the client and produce print/copy production assignments without direct supervision


  • Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked for accuracy


  • Work to resolve work issues or complaints such as: lost parcel, damaged package, untimely deliveries, and machine errors


  • Perform additional duties including mail distribution services, copy, print, records management, facilities management, reception, and hospitality services


  • Assists Operations Manager with tracking productivity and collects all information necessary to provide leadership and the client with monthly reports


Qualifications & Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Previous work experience a plus; preferably in a mail or production, copy, print or scanning environment


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints


  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision


  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail


  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook


  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater


  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time


  • Preferred Shift: 8am-5pm

The Compensation range for this role is 21.87 to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
