Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Onsite in Hagerstown, MD
Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00 per hour, plus commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM (30 mins break)
Job Responsibilities:
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
* Move prospects through the sales pipeline using our CRM system daily.
* Keep the CRM pipeline clear, up-to-date, and accurate at all times.
* Follow up consistently and diligently with potential clients over extended periods.
* Document all interactions and updates with prospects and clients in the CRM's "notes" section.
* Educate prospects on our services with an expert-level understanding.
* Participate in shadowing calls with Sales management for feedback and coaching.
* Be available most days from 9 AM - 5 PM local time for calls and meetings.
* Use both internal and external resources to stay up-to-date on our products and the industry.
* Collaborate with the team to generate ideas to better serve our clients.
* Be proactive in identifying and reporting negative client feedback to Sales management.
* Collaborate effectively to ensure smooth transitions between programs and client accounts.
Qualifications:
* 4+ years in technical sales (Cybersecurity, IT, Managed Services, or Business Services).
* Excellent communicator with the ability to engage clients via phone and video conferencing.
* Proven ability to sell to Small Business Owners (SMBs).
* Must be skilled at delivering clear, compelling presentations.
* Open to learning new sales processes and adapting to changes.
* Routine-driven, self-sufficient, and capable of managing your own time effectively.
* Well-organized with the ability to maintain and update a visible sales pipeline.
