If you are a Certified Peer Specialist with leadership experience and a passion for supporting individuals through behavioral health challenges, we invite you to join our team as a Peer Supervisor I. In this role, you'll provide supervision, training, and leadership to Peer Specialists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, person-centered peer support services within our Emergency Services Division, including The Living Room, Adult Mobile Crisis Intervention (AMCI), Access Center, and Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS).
What You'll Do:
As a Peer Supervisor I, you will play a key role in mentoring, supervising, and guiding Peer Specialists, ensuring they provide effective, ethical, and strengths-based peer support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor Peer Specialists, ensuring adherence to Certified Peer Specialist code of ethics and best practices.
Provide individual and group supervision, fostering a supportive environment for professional growth.
Model strong peer support principles, emphasizing mutuality, transparency, and a strengths-based approach.
Monitor documentation compliance, ensuring Peer Specialists maintain accurate and timely records.
Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for new and existing Peer Specialists.
Support crisis services, collaborating with teams across AMCI, TLR, CCS, and the Access Center.
Ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment at The Living Room and other program locations.
Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork, working with supervisors, managers, and directors to enhance service quality.
