Job Title: Associate Manager Golf Ball Fitting and Education
Salary Range: $81,000 - $101,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility
Summary: Lead the Golf Ball Fitting & Education efforts at Titleist Performance Institute ensuring Titleist is the industry leader in both areas. Conduct golf ball education, training, and fitting events for Acushnet associates, key partners, and dedicated golfers, demonstrating the superior quality and performance of Titleist golf balls and fitting tools.
Responsibilities:
Fitting & Education: Conduct training and education events for key partners at the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and at additional locations throughout the U.S.
Coordinate with TPI team to plan and execute event logistical details.
Train and educate Key Partner fitters/associates and PGA Professionals on products as well as fitting strategy, methodology, and the golf ball fitting app.
Conduct golf ball fittings, both Tour Level and Golf Ball Fitting App, and educate dedicated golfers seeking the ultimate, comprehensive fitting experience.
Titleist University: Collaborate cross-functionally with senior members of the team to determine ways to increase engagement and utilization of Titleist University online; as well as in collaborating with Fitting, R&D, and Product Management to develop compelling and engaging courses.
Curate and disseminate micro-learning content to ensure club fitters are always properly educated on all golf ball models.
Golf Ball Fitting: Manage and fulfill orders for fitting supplies for Tour Level Fitters, Interns, and Global Teams.
Work with Titleist Sales Reps to coordinate schedules and communications to Tour Level Fitters and Interns.
Collaborate with HR in screening candidates for internships. Serve as the liaison with interns and global markets for technical/SFHG issues and questions.
Work with Sure Fit Hub Global team to ensure product is always up to date (images, pricing, Features & Benefits).
Associate Golf Ball Education: Collaborate cross-functionally with senior members of the team on strategies for Titleist associates on the West Coast.
Implement impactful golf ball education to Golf Club Fitting Specialists.
Develop golf ball education for all Titleist associates, including Sales Team, and content to be used when onboarding new hires.
Education: Work with Manager to develop training programs and events for each channel.
Stay current with trends and best practices in LMS learning and incorporate as appropriate.
Trade Communications: Develop and send all Fitting and Education communications to trade partners, Ambassadors, and Influencers as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required.
Minimum 5+ years experience in marketing, sales, or product management is required.
Candidate should possess strong golf acumen, exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Work well independently and as part of a team.
Some domestic travel (25% of time). Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time.
Ability to communicate and speak well in front of a group. Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
