Volt is immediately hiring a CNC Machine Operator Floater in Oxnard, Ca

As a CNC Floater you will:

• Run Program and monitor 2-3 CNC Machines
• Preside over the production of goods.
• Ensure products are created on time.
• Set and meet production goals.
• Correct problems on production line.
• Monitor product standards.
• Coordinate with different departments in the manufacturing plant.
• Communication lines with managers.

This is a Full-Time 2nd Shift Opportunity.

Pay Rate: $18-20/hr

The Qualified Candidate will have:

• Great Communication Skills
• Previous Manufacturing Experience
• The ability to jump from one department to the next - depending on the companies need
• Must be able to train on 1st Shift then move to a 2nd Shift role
