The community division of Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our newly forming Float team. Float physicians are not responsible for attributed patients, rather this flexible, dynamic role offers short-term panel management coverage for clinicians on leave and patients without established care. This is an ideal opportunity for physicians who thrive on caring for diverse patient populations across a variety of practice settings.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience.
Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds.
Minimum 20-hour commitment per week.
Eligible to work in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire.
Willingness to travel across the Greater Boston area.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered, high-quality care.
Technologically adept and comfortable with diverse patient populations and clinical settings.
