Your new role



As an Assistant Superintendent, you will support one of two distinct divisions within the company. The Base Build Division focuses on Mission Critical construction projects in Northern Virginia. The Specialty Projects Division handles high-end interiors, including class A office spaces, law firms, special projects, and smaller base developments in education, commercial office, and healthcare sectors. You will assist in managing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards.



What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in construction management, particularly in data centers or high-end interior projects is preferred


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment


• Commitment to continuous learning and development
