Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UX Architect to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design and development of innovative applications while collaborating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-level design plans for applications, data, and infrastructure architectures.


• Provide technical leadership across the organization, ensuring alignment with project goals.


• Assess business requirements and technology alternatives to build multi-platform technology consensus.


• Design technical infrastructure, including databases, programming languages, and testing approaches.


• Oversee the development team's progress to ensure consistency with initial design specifications.


• Evaluate and pilot new technologies, contributing to the development of business cases.


• Ensure software meets quality, security, and extensibility requirements before launch.

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in a relevant field.


• Strong UX and visual design skills demonstrated through a portfolio.


• Proficient in the latest versions of HTML and CSS.


• Experience designing accessible products with knowledge of WCAG guidelines.


• Effective written, visual, and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholder priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content management systems, such as AEM.


• Hands-on experience contributing to UI Kits and Design Systems.


• Familiarity with agile team environments.
