Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in maintenance of grounds, common areas, and apartment homes in your assigned community; delivering exceptional and prompt service; and treating all community members with respectComply with all OSHA regulations and health/safety policies and procedures; adhere to EPA regulations and update property log; and report all unsafe activities or incidentsSupport expense control by fixing rather than replacing, when applicablePrepare vacant units for occupancy; utilize the Market-Ready Inspection form to ensure accuracy of market-ready unitsPerform preventative maintenanceMaintain pool area in the communityComplete service requests in an efficient mannerConduct daily property walks and remove litter, debris, and pet wasteResponsible for snow/ice removal of community including walkways, sidewalks, and parking lotsAssist Service Manager in maintaining shop and supply inventories in adherence to the annual budget; communicate needs to Service ManagerDeliver consistent excellent customer service that yields guest satisfaction through positive ratings and community reviews
