Position Summary:



The Mowing Associate is responsible for performing lawn care and maintenance tasks to ensure the appearance and health of outdoor spaces. This role involves operating mowing equipment, performing basic landscaping duties, and assisting the grounds team in maintaining a clean and attractive environment.

• Operate a variety of mowing equipment, including push mowers, ride-on mowers, and trimmers.
  
  


• Maintain designated outdoor areas by mowing, edging, and trimming grass and shrubs.
  
  


• Remove debris, litter, and weeds from work areas as needed.
  
  


• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  
  


• Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, and watering as required.
  
  


• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, property managers, or other team members.
  
  


• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as directed.
  
  


• Monitor and report on the health of lawns, plants, and shrubs.
  
  


• Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow shoveling, or spreading ice melt.
  
  


• Assist with irrigation system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  
  


• Keep accurate records of completed tasks and equipment usage.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00-$40.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
