Recruiting Sourcer at Ultimate Staffing Services in WOODLAND HILLS, California

Job Description:

Sourcer will work closely with Recruiter to build pipelines using linked in and Hire EZ. Will do all the initial outreach and set up appointments for recruiters


This role will focus on building talent pipelines in collaboration with our recruiters, leveraging LinkedIn and HireEZ to identify and engage top candidates. As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for initiating outreach to candidates and scheduling appointments for recruiters.



Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruiters to build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.


• Utilize LinkedIn and HireEZ to source candidates and conduct outreach.


• Schedule appointments and coordinate interviews for recruiters.


• Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks related to candidate engagement.
