Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Accounts Payable (AP):
  
  
  
  
  
  • Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure proper approvals.
  
  
  • Schedule and process payments via check, ACH, or wire transfers.
  
  
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  
  
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Accounts Receivable (AR):
  
  
  
  
  
  • Generate and issue invoices to customers.
  
  
  • Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
  
  
  • Process customer payments and apply them to appropriate accounts.
  
  
  • Reconcile AR accounts and resolve billing disputes.
  
  
  
  


• 
  General Accounting Support:
  
  
  
  
  
  • Assist with month-end closing processes.
  
  
  • Prepare reports related to AP/AR balances and aging.
  
  
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  
  
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting is a plus).


• 1-3 years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting.


• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
