Meta Reality Labs (RL) is building the next generation of computing devices to bring the world together and make people feel closer. We are seeking a highly motivated team player to serve as Program Manager for the Product Safety Legal team supporting RL. This role will play a key part in developing, implementing, supervising and supporting RL's monitoring and response to customer claims, supporting the product safety legal team and safety compliance teams. You will enjoy working on complex, novel issues and technologies and have the chance to see your insights turned into real world impact. The ideal candidate will have an opportunity to see the big picture and incorporate problem solving, critical thinking and tactical execution into their daily work, managing multiple interdependent programs related to the tracking, assessing and monitoring of customer claims in addition to managing multiple regulatory post-market surveillance workstreams of high complexity and broad scope.
Program/Case Manager, RL Legal Responsibilities:
Play critical role in designing, implementing and managing a new medical device post-market surveillance complaint handling process
Maintain and own Salesforce database for safety related case management, including implementation of updates or database changes - for regulatory related reporting (including US and international agencies)
Lead for Case Management team, supervising another team member reviewing cases, serving as primary escalation point and managing communication for Customer Support teams
Assess, track and monitor customer case progress
identify and assess trends from data and report to legal and leadership teams
Responsible for providing monthly and quarterly reporting to legal and leadership teams
create reports and present to relevant stakeholders
Work directly with in-house counsel, external counsel and vendors, and a diverse cross-functional team, providing regular updates on key issues being monitored
Demonstrate sharp attention to detail in executing and reviewing work products to ensure the highest quality deliverables in the allotted time frame
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud
6+ years experience in project and organizational support or program management in the tech or medical device industry. 8+ years professional experience
Proven experience in communication and coordination skills
Experience with program management practices, tools, and methodology
Independent judgment and skills operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Empathy and attention to detail
Adept at handling confidential, sensitive, or privileged information and data
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years professional experience in program management and complex systems and tooling
SalesForce Service Cloud Certification
