What You'll Do:
Greet each customer with exceptional hospitality, building personalized relationships and understanding their unique automotive needs.
Offer detailed product demonstrations, showcasing the elegance, performance, and advanced features of our luxury vehicles.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of inventory to match customers with the ideal model, ensuring every vehicle aligns with their desires and lifestyle.
Work closely with our F&I and Sales Managers to negotiate and finalize terms, ensuring all requirements for the lease or purchase of a vehicle are met.
Coordinate with our team to deliver vehicles to clients, ensuring a flawless delivery experience.
Consistently provide proactive, thoughtful service that anticipates client needs and exceeds their expectations.
Participate in luxury sales training, deepen your product knowledge, and embrace the Holman Way in every customer interaction.
Foster a culture of collaboration across departments, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven track record of success in a high-line or ultra-luxury sales environment. Experience in luxury automotive sales is a must.
A deep understanding of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering a concierge-level customer experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with the high-net-worth market segment in a refined and approachable manner.
A genuine passion for luxury automobiles and the ability to speak to their craftsmanship, technology, and performance with enthusiasm.
Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record to ensure test drives and vehicle deliveries.
Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications to track and manage customer information, inventory, and sales processes.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3,000-$10,000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
