This co-op will be part of DNV's Energy Systems HR team. The co-op will contribute to an HR team that is adaptive, innovative and fun, while contributing to an organization that is at the forefront of the energy transition. This role will focus on recruitment and social media using the Handshake platform and be delegated tasks based on your strengths and interests.
The position will be a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either the Medford or North Andover, MA offices. Other DNV offices may be considered. Further details regarding role-specific requirements and location will be covered during the interview process.
What you'll do and what you'll learn:
Marketing
Assist with social media upkeep and posting on Handshake
Assist with taking global employer brand voice and tailoring for North America and Gen Z
Manage content creation for Handshake
Human Resources & Recruitment
Develop and maintain professional relationships with DNV's Talent Acquisition Team and Handshake support team
Assist with career fair planning
Develop and enhance current recruitment strategies and develop specific recruitment plans
Participate in the development of human resources goals and objectives
Assist with company events
Support HR Business Partners in aligning staff to business objectives
Assist in planning and executing strategic HR initiatives
Support onboarding and orientation processes
Additional Human Resource-related tasks as learning opportunities

DNV provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The range of starting pay for this role is $25- $35 per hour.
