Job Description




Our Raw Materials Sampling Supervisors are responsible for:




Technical Responsibilities:

• Overseeing sample collection, testing of pharmaceutical utilities (air, gas, water), and accurate documentation


• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining laboratory operations


• Calibrating instruments, supporting method validation, and performing sterile cleanroom activities


• Investigating quality deviations and participating in cross-functional teams to improve operations

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Training and managing employees on GMP-related responsibilities and laboratory procedures


• Coordinating scheduling, allocating responsibilities, and overseeing new hire onboarding


• Ensuring exceptional customer service and promoting the company's vision


• Meeting quality and productivity metrics while fostering strong teamwork and collaboration

Qualifications




Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific field, or equivalent experience


• 2-3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced GMP environment


• Experience with cleanroom operations and aseptic techniques


• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams


• Self-motivated with excellent planning and multitasking abilitiess

What to Expect in the Hiring Process:

• 10-15 minute phone interview with the Recruiter


• 60-minute virtual meeting with the Hiring Team


• 30-minute virtual meeting with the Site Director

The position is a full-time, 1st shift role. Hours will be Mon-Fri from 8 am-4:30 pm. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NYare encouraged to apply.The positionincludes excellent full-time benefits; including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options.
