Join us as a Global Security Manager and take the lead in shaping our global security operations! In this role you'll create a culture of accountability, fairness, and transparency, ensuring that decisions are made based on facts. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a safe environment for our team, contractors, and partners while delivering excellent service.
What You Will Do
Lead Global Security Operations: Oversee and improve global security programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and effectiveness.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Conduct audits, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with leadership teams to implement changes.
Develop Security Programs: Design and manage global security initiatives that protect employees, assets, and sensitive data while ensuring ethical and legal compliance.
Manage Security Systems: Oversee security systems including access control, loss prevention, threat detection, and emergency response.
Advise on Security Projects: Provide expert advice on security system upgrades and new project initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor security supervisors, building a strong team and fostering future security leaders.
Collaboration: Partner with ERM, law enforcement, and clients to ensure operational continuity and serve as the Security SME for communication escalation teams.
What You Will Bring
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 10+ years managing global security operations in private sector, preferably in industrial organizations.
Preferred Certifications: PSP, PSC, CPP, CHPP, or ISP.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of security systems and practices.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, manage, and build high-performing teams.
Skills: Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Organization: Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
Standards Knowledge: Familiar with industry standards such as NFPA 730.
Self-Motivation: Strong self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
Travel Ability: Able to travel 25% of the time, both international and domestic.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
