Location: Malvern, PA

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Trade Floor Production Support Analyst

Qualifications:

• Blend of business and technical acumen with a willingness to learn.


• Understanding of portfolio management/trading life cycle and related tools.


• CFA/CMSA preferred but not required.


• Ability to troubleshoot both technical and business issues.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate high accountability and technical leadership, building strong technical teams across the US, UK, and AUS.


• Initiate and lead ideas to fruition, synthesizing concepts and findings into narratives for different audiences.


• Handle ambiguity and complexity with high energy and grit, working quickly and efficiently.


• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business partners.


• Provide senior support for applications and databases; coordinate and execute technical procedures to resolve production or operational issues.


• Proactively monitor production systems for alerts, outages, and issues; research and lead root cause analysis to minimize risk and implement solutions.


• Ensure support requests are resolved within service level agreements, communicate status and resolutions, and update production support documentation, policies, and procedures.


• Build dashboards to convey trends.
