Computer and Information Systems Manager to work in our
Lanham, MD office.

As an Information Systems Manager, you will oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure and ensure the effective operation of all information systems. You will manage a team of IT professionals, coordinate technology projects, and align IT strategies with business goals. Your role involves maintaining system security, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity.  Responsibilities may include:

• Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.


• Ensures planning, directing and coordinating activities related to data processing, information networks and computer programming to operate, maintain and sustain the mission partner environment systems.


• Plan, direct, and coordinate IT-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Manage the day-to-day operations of information systems.


• Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management.


• Conduct systems analysis to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of current IT systems and recommend improvements.


• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.


• Improves network performance, reduces cost and maintains schedules.

Salary Range: $155,000 - $168,000
