Computer Network Architect to work in our
Lanham, MD office.

As a Computer Network Architect Responsibilities:
• Perform basic troubleshooting and MACD (move, add, change, delete) work in network devices
• Monitor network traffic for anomalies and bottlenecks
• Perform ad hoc projects support, analysis, and reporting as needed
• Hands-on involvement with installation, management, and support for wired and wireless network environments
• Participate in troubleshoot sessions for network-related issues
• Provide documentation including network diagrams
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) technical information to both technical and non-technical members
• Implement and operate diagnostics and monitoring tools to understand, assess, and modify system behavior and performance
• Participate in performance, load, and stress testing, and remediation of issues identified
• Participate in security architecture reviews
• Participate in efforts to develop new systems and upgrades and updates to existing systems, throughout the entire application lifecycle: requirements analysis & definition, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and sustainment
• Follow ITIL based change management processes to move solutions from Dev to Test and into Production

Salary Range: $146,000 - $163,000
