We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and applying mathematical models and optimization methods to develop actionable insights that assist management in decision-making, policy formulation, and strategic planning. Your work will directly impact various managerial functions by providing data-driven solutions to complex problems across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, optimization techniques, and the development of decision support tools.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and apply mathematical models, statistical techniques, and optimization methods to solve complex problems and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
-Collect and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive operational improvements and inform key decisions.
-Design and develop software or services to support decision-making processes, improve operational efficiency, and streamline business processes.
-Collaborate with other departments to identify operational challenges and provide data-driven solutions for business optimization.

Salary Range: $145,000 - $160,000
