Job Summary:
Looking for a commercial Lending Associate (CLA) to deliver a high level of customer services while researching and resolving customer related issues. This position will be hired at either a level I or II DOE.
The Commercial Lending Associate I (CLA I) is an entry level position that will coordinate the documentation, booking, and funding of commercial credits in addition to providing ongoing portfolio support. This position will need to deliver a high level of customer service while researching and resolving customer related issues and will also provide support to the Commercial Relationship Managers with tasks as assigned. This position performs work under general supervision and handles moderately complex issues, referring more complex issues to higher-level CLAs.
The Commercial Lending Associate II (CLA II) position in Arizona will independently coordinate the documentation, booking, and funding of commercial credits in addition to providing ongoing portfolio support to customers and Commercial Relationship Managers. This position will also serve as an escalation point for more complex documentation requests, booking and service-related issues as well as assisting with basic training and continuing education opportunities for the CLA team. This position performs work under minimal supervision and handles complex issues, referring only the most complex issues to higher-level CLAs and to the Commercial Lending Process & Administrative Manager.
Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience:
CLA I –
• 1-3 years of Business or Commercial loan experience or
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in the financial services industry
CLA II –
• 3+ years of Business or Commercial lending experience
• Deposit or treasury related experience preferred, but not required

Hiring Salary Range
The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions.
CLA II Hiring Salary Range: $25.80 - $33.00 (Annualized at 40 hours per week: $53,664 - $68,640)
CLA I Hiring Salary Range: $23.40 - $27.25 (Annualized at 40 hours per week: $48,672- $56,680)
