2027 Operator- D Shift (Bobst Mastercut flatbed) at Menasha Packaging in Hartford, Wisconsin

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

1. Operate machine to cut out parts of specified size and shape from corrugated board

2. Position and secure cutting dies to bed of machine using hand tools

3. Cut and secure matrix scoring to cutting dies

4. Place and secure stripping jigs using clamps

5. Adjust tonnage according to thickness of material or height of cutting die

6. Measure finished parts with rule to verify conformance to specifications

7. Remove and stack finished material into units

8. May perform minor repairs on dies

9. Enter finished information into computer

10. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

2. Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business

3. Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed

4. Ability to effectively work in teams

5. Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people

6. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles

7. Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to the job

8. Ability to operate hand tools

9. Ability to operate a forklift

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Rate:
Training $ 29.33
Qualified $ 31.56

Work Hours
3-2-2-3 Schedule (M, T, F, S, S, W, T, repeat)
6pm to 6am
