Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for an Inventory Control Specialist to join their client's team in the Elkridge, MD area. This is a full-time opportunity with a team-oriented organization that offers opportunities to learn and grow.



Location: Elkridge, MD, 100% on-site

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $20-$21 / hour based on experience

• Monitoring and updating inventory records to ensure accuracy.


• Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.


• Coordinating with other departments to track inventory usage and restocking needs.


• Verifying incoming shipments and ensuring proper storage of goods.


• Generating inventory reports and analyzing stock levels.


• Reviewing and processing purchase orders.


• Communicating with vendors to obtain quotes, confirm orders, and track deliveries.


• Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
