Ultimate Staffing is assisting a well-established client in Millersville, MD, in their search for a Construction Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project management through effective coordination, organization, and communication. This is a full-time, in-office position with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate construction project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
Support project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
Utilize construction management software such as Procore, BlueBeam, or similar tools to manage project workflows and documentation
Facilitate communication between project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving issues to keep projects on track
Organize and manage meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes
Assist with procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Construction Project Coordinator or in a similar role
Proficient in construction management software such as Procore, BlueBeam, or other relevant programs
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
