Reputable manufacturing company in search of a Customer Support Representative / Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! Searching for an individual with experience providing customer support in a manufacturing or industrial setting. This company offers comprehensive benefits and a casual work environment.



Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotes for customers
- Arrange freight carriers
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Approve vendor invoices for payments
- Submit shipment notifications to warehouse
- Perform order entry for sales



Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience providing inside sales support or customer support in a manufacturing environment
- High attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Basic math skills
- Experience with SAGE software a plus
