What You’ll Get to Do

The Shipping Supervisor - Night Shift located in Midway, TN  is focused on the Safety, Employee and Customer Relations, Production, Quality and Scheduling commitments. and reports to the Manufacturing Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who can work in a team environment supportive of the employees, organization, as well as safety and production efforts .  A vital member of the Manufacturing Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Ensure quality in all aspects of the department’s products – shipments, truckloads, paperwork, etc.


• Processing of shipments and running reports in the Epicor and Epics systems


• Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Epicor and Epics systems and the ability to be trained to an expert level.


• Work very closely with the Transportation Supervisor to ensure we optimize the use of our transportation resources and meet customer shipment requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Three to five years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment.


• Possess an understanding of process control concepts.


• General knowledge of computers/software, Microsoft Office, Epics, Ignition software.


• Basic understanding of manufacturing and service-oriented business practices.
