About the Job:
GPI is seeking a full-time structural project engineer for our New England branch based in the Portsmouth, NH, or Bedford, NH, office. GPI offers flexible work schedules that can split time between working in the office and from home. This position provides an exceptional opportunity for career growth as the selected candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities and the ability to influence the success of our people and projects.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the design of bridges for NHDOT, other state DOTs in New England, and other local agencies. We seek someone with a good work ethic, a desire to learn and mentor others, the willingness to work collaboratively with our team, and the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects. We are currently designing multiple-span bridges, large-span bridges, and signature structures. We have new design, rehabilitation, preservation, and repair projects, including structural design and detailing of bridges, walls, and dams. With a strong backlog and a long history of positive client relationships, the opportunity for growth is significant.
