The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring Sunbelt Solomon's plumbing, building, and grounds maintenance is operating efficiently to conduct daily operations.

Completes work orders, facility assignments as directed.
Assists with plumbing, building and grounds maintenance.
Complete construction tasks such as roof repair and office renovations.
