Job Description:

Accurate Group, an Industry leader in technology-driven appraisal management and title services is seeking a Product Manager. We are looking for a proven leader with a track-record of simplifying complex challenges into simple solutions, operating in fast-paced startup environments, and leading a team of cross-functional expertise. The AppraisalWorks Product Manager will serve as the lead user and expert on the AppraisalWorks platform, clearly defining a technical product roadmap aimed at achieving the company’s objectives. This role requires an individual adept at stakeholder alignment and management of a diverse set of priorities. The Product Owner functions as the bridge between the customer, internal stakeholders, and the technology to deliver a highly successful commercial SaaS platform to the business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Business Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining the marketing strategy
  • Cultivate user feedback and complete competitive research to identify market needs
  • Own the vision for the product and the full product roadmap
  • Evaluate and implement new pricing structures to remain competitive and maximize revenue potential
  • Serve as the SME on the platform - conducting or supporting sales demos and training users on the software
  • Manage a team of Application Administrators to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Assist in streamlining the customer implementation workflow
  • Work closely with management, customers, service providers, and other internal stakeholders to support the company and its objectives Setup and training for new clients

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Assist Application Administrators with the setup of clients, products, workflows, and other configurable components of the software
  • Participate in routine software releases to ensure successful delivery of enhancements to our customers and partners
  • Own the product backlog and ability to convey the strategic vision for the platform internally and externally
  • Consistent availability and active engagement with the agile technology team on a daily basis
  • Define and implement new development requirements, testing plans, and go to market strategy

Establish replicable processes and documentation to improve the development, implementation, and maintenance of the software for our clients – leading to rapid, stable revenue growth.

Accurately represent the software and the company as a highly-configurable, customer service oriented SaaS business.

Successful candidates will have the following proven skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Two to four years’ experience in related field and/or training
  • At least one to three years’ experience managing a software as a service product with a particular emphasis on real estate valuation software or software to the mortgage industry
  • Experience developing processes, with limited resources, designed to streamline business processes and improve customer retention
  • Must possess a winning drive to make new sales happen quickly and stay consistent with the core strategy of the company. Outstanding organization and leadership skills. Must be able to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team to achieve the goals of the organization.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients in support of their requests and to establish a relationship. Must work with our vendor partners to set them up for success within the AppraisalWorks ecosystem.
  • Ability to mentor and grow employees under their leadership.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
  • Very High Skills: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Microsoft Certifications are required for the position
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time/ Remote

Salary: starting at $100,000

Schedule: Monday -Friday (average work week 40 to 50 hours with some weekends as needed)
