Job Description

Your primary objectives will be to generate strategic and tactical campaigns that the IFS regional teams can execute with the primary goal of generating opportunities that build and progress quality pipeline.

Alongside campaigns you will support the Future of Field Service comms plan and own the podcast, social media and events plan and execution. The goal of this activity is to ensure we are aligning FoFS with IFS NN GTM and build awareness and opportunity through the execution of this activity.
Support in global ABM opportunities that span multiple regions to drive engagement, account penetration an

Own and drive the social media strategy for service management to drive quality engagement rates, CTR and brand awareness.

As well as other activity and responsibility including:

  • Create demand generation campaigns to drive leads and pipeline
  • Brand awareness activity across web, social and PR
  • Support in external and internal event planning and execution, including online and global events
  • Build landing pages and emails on Marketo for regional execution of campaigns
  • A focus on social media creating consistent and regular content for our corporate and advocacy platforms to support brand awareness goals
  • Monitor, review and report on marketing activity and results to ensure success
  • CRM updates, processes, and data for campaign success
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships across the global marketing team
  • Work on Future of Field Service plan and execution of activity to support pipeline and brand awareness objectives


Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in the business-to-business marketing environment preferably within the software industry
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo is preferable
  • University degree within business or marketing
  • University degree with a business or marketing degree (preferred)
