Full-Time & Per Diem - available.
Hourly rate:
FT $38-42 and PRN $40-43
Responsibilities:
Provide custom treatment plan, address barriers, assist patients to reach highest level of functional mobility, document daily, work with Rehab Department.
Qualification:
California Licensed - Physical Therapist Assistant
