Job Description
IFS is seeking an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our dynamic North American marketing team. This role will work closely with our sales teams, field marketers, and the wider global marketing team to develop and execute strategic ABM campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue from high-priority accounts. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is proactive in shaping and refining ABM strategies to maximize impact. Leverage the existing IFS ABM framework to build a strategy, refine, and execute account-based marketing plans for targeted accounts in North America, ensuring alignment with regional sales objectives.Work closely with sales teams and regional field marketers to develop and execute highly personalized and scalable ABM programs that drive engagement, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.Partner with Product Marketing and Industry Marketing to research key industry trends, refine persona messaging, and develop relevant content that supports ABM initiatives.Support and execute ABM strategies for select high-value accounts, working directly with account owners to drive tailored marketing campaigns and report on success metrics.Utilize online marketing platforms, personalized content, and multi-channel campaigns (email, digital advertising, social, events, direct mail, etc.) to engage and foster key accounts.Research and implement cutting-edge ABM tactics to stay ahead of our competition, fostering creative ideas that will drive unique and impactful account engagement.Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness, tracking key metrics such as marketing-influenced revenue, engagement rates, and sales pipeline impact. Provide reporting and insights to stakeholders to optimize future ABM initiatives.Continuously test, learn, and apply innovative ABM approaches to enhance program performance and contribute to the evolution of IFSs overall ABM strategy.
Qualifications
3+ years of working in B2B marketing, preferably in the software industry.2+ years of account-based marketing work, including execution of targeted ABM campaigns.Strong comprehension of demand generation and lead generation within large enterprise accounts.Has worked with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other key stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work history).Strong project management skills, along with excellent oral and written communications skills.Ability to speak effectively with senior members of the organization.A strong self-starter with personal initiative and drive.Strong time management skills.Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and creative.Positive attitude and relationship-building skills across internal teams.
