Job Description

The Campus Programs Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies for campus engagement and recruitment, serving as the primary link between Medline and academic institutions. This position is responsible for attracting early-career talent through well-structured internship, co-op, and new graduate hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering strong relationships with universities/student organizations, executing engaging campus programs, and enhancing the company’s employer brand among students and academic partners.

Major Responsibilities:

Campus Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions

  • Collaborate with career services and student organizations to increase Medline’s presence on campus

  • Serve as a primary liaison between the company and academic institutions

Program Development and Execution


  • Design, implement, and manage campus programs such as our internship program, any co-op programs, and other entry-level hiring initiatives

  • Develop and execute engagement strategies, including workshops, seminars, case competitions, and networking events

  • Ensure programs align with business needs and company goals

Employer Branding


  • Through a partnership with our TA Brand team, strengthen Medline’s employer brand by delivering positive and engaging student experiences

  • Utilize social media, company website, and other digital platforms to promote campus events and highlight intern and new graduate success stories

  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campus recruitment activities

Program and Event Evaluation


  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of events, programs, and partnerships through key metrics such as hire rates, program retention, and feedback from students and university partners

  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and evolving business needs

Stakeholder Engagement


  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, marketing, and business unit leaders, to align campus programs with company objectives

  • Act as a bridge between students and the organization, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires from campus to corporate life

Mentorship and Development


  • Oversee the professional development of students and new hires through mentorship programs, training workshops, and ongoing support

  • Ensure a structured onboarding experience for interns and entry-level employees

Minimum Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 4 years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, university relations, or a similar role

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with academic and internal stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Knowledge of recruitment trends, university hiring processes, and employer branding best practices

  • Willingness to travel as needed for campus events and engagement activities

Preferred Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
