Location: Kearny, NJ

Salary: $170,000.00 USD Annually - $180,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Plant Manager - Sheet Metal Experience ONLY


• Progressive operational, analytical and managerial experience in sheet metal

• Experience with the following metal processes:

o Welding

o Pressing

o Punching

o Machining

o CNC machines

• Familiarity with international manufacturing standards as well as some hands-on experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, MBA desirable (with solid academic standing)

• Proven track record in the management of company operations, finance, and quality assurance

• ISO 9001 experience with process documentation and system audits

• Strong computer skills
