Proposal Manager at Sierra7 in McLean, Virginia

Job Description:

The Proposal Manager will coordinate all phases of the companys proposal process in response to US Government and commercial requests for proposals.

Candidates located in DMV area preferred, but not required. Candidates located in the DMV area may be required to report to the corporate office in McLean, VA 1 - 3 times weekly.

Position Responsibilities:
Assist the Business Development/Capture Leader in managing and directing all proposal efforts and personnel.Direct and create the proposal outline.Conduct regular proposal progress status meetings and maintain the proposal schedule.Direct writing/editing/rewriting efforts, as needed.Author, edit, review and support color reviews and recovery efforts.
