The Team
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT, AV, and Security Project Manager to join our team. This position will provide Corporate Real Estate driven project support in managing IT, audiovisual, and security workstreams, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required specifications. The Project Manager will work closely with senior directors, clients, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and deliverables.

How you will contribute



  • Project Coordination & Support: Planning, execution and closing various IT, AV, and security projects.


  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, meeting notes, and project deliverables.


  • Stakeholder Communication: Strong project directives with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.


  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and development of mitigation strategies.


  • Scheduling: Schedule meetings, resources, and tasks for the project team to ensure the smooth progress of projects.


  • Budgeting: Responsible for tracking project budgets and costs, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.


  • Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.


  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance as needed during project implementation and post-deployment.


  • Reporting: Prepare and update project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.


  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.


  • On-Site Support: Provide support, as needed, during on-site project execution and installation, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Project Management or equivalent experience

  • Strong project management of IT, AV systems, and security

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, AV equipment, and security systems.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle to multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with project management software and tools, including MS Project, Trello and Asana.

Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $100,000-$125,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
