Overview
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 2pm - 11pm and 12pm - 9pmMaintenance Technicians are responsible for performing a wide range of general maintenance services and repairs, encompassing plumbing, electrical work, painting, and basic machine servicing. Additionally, they engage in various manual labor tasks such as material handling, carpet and ceiling tile replacement, light bulb replacement, and grounds-keeping duties. Maintenance Technicians demonstrate proficiency in commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to their assigned tasks. Upon completion of assigned tasks, they diligently update and close items in the company's computerized work order and preventive maintenance system. Maintenance Technicians may also be tasked with monitoring both internal and external clients' properties.
Responsibilities
Required Skills/Abilities:Ability to effectively follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.General electrical repair and troubleshooting, including understanding the concept of 120v and 277, as well as the ability to wire 2-way and 3-way switches.General plumbing knowledgeCompetence in utilizing hand tools and power tools.Painting and wall repair experienceStrong organizational and time management skills.Experience with forklift, scissor lift and boom lift
Qualifications
