Envoy Solutions SubsidiaryEnvoy The Strategic Accounts Manager, Packaging (West/Mountain Region) will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a profitable customer base of strategic accounts within the Industrial Packaging Vertical for the West/Mountain region of US. Selected candidate will be a hunter of strategic multi-location large volume accounts and develop relationships with customers and supplier partners to enable value added selling and best business practices that promotes our National and Strategic account philosophies.This remote position focuses on the West/Mountain region and requires travel. Responsibilities Include:Collaborating with senior executives developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controlsEnsure and maintain profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution, and management of a strategic accountsImplement BradyPLUS’s strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong national presenceWork with customer base to expand our drive for packaging automation and innovation with our equipment offeringManaging a sales territory to maximize sales and profit revenues that meet or exceed corporate set goalsThe ongoing training of your skill set to ensure best in class product and market knowledgePromoting the organization directivesUnderstanding needs of customer base and how they relate to the organization directivesDeveloping specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-termEducating customers on the BradyPLUS Valued added Strategic and National account process with presentations of strategies, case studies and successful trendsBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsAttend sales training, sales seminars, and other meetingsThe ideal candidate will have:Bachelor’s degree preferredProven experience as a sales representative, national account manager or strategic account sellerSales competencies with large volume, multi-location account baseFamiliarity with CRM practicesExcellent selling/negotiation skillsPrioritizing, time management and organizational skillsProficient in MS OfficeDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization and customer baseProven ability to drive sales processes from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertise in Industrial PackagingAbility to travel on a regular basisThis position offers a pay range of $130,000-$140,000 plus commission and a comprehensive benefits program to include:MedicalDentalVisionPaid Time Off401K #LI-KP1#IndeedBradyPLUS1 BradyPLUS (and its subsidiaries) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
